Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment and information on personalized items, and are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).  We will provide you with a link to track your package online if available.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects, although accidents can happen, we suggest you insure your order, as we cannot be held responsible for damaged due to mishandling during shipping.

Shipping materials are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

Returns

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three days of the delivery confirmation date.  Knowing defects can occur that we are not aware of, and if your item is non-shipping related we will accept returns on your item if notified by email within 3 business days of delivery. Item will be either replaced or refunded as well as shipping cost.  Further proof of damage may be required and will be determined at the time of notification of your damaged item.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for engraving errors do to the result of misinformation. Personalization errors on our behalf will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.  All returns require Return Materials Authorization (RMA).

In the event of misinformation with personalized items, a full corrected replacement can be obtained at the buyers expense. 

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping.  In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier (if order was insured). For items damaged or lost that were shipped through United States Postal Service, please contact us for insurance information. 

All fragile items are suggested to be fully insured.  You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package.  Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. All returns require Return Materials Authorization (RMA).


We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees other than those expressed. 

We must stress a high level of accuracy of your customized item (in graphic, and text), in order to maintain a high level of quality in your products.
